What this site collects

If you submit the review request form, we receive the details you enter: your name, role, practice name, specialty, work email, and optionally your phone number, billing system and a message. We use these only to reply to your request.

We do not sell or share this information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Patient information

Please do not send patient information through this website or by email. The free A/R review uses a de-identified summary only — aging bucket, payer, procedure code, denial code and balance.

If a file or message reaches us containing patient identifiers, we delete it without working it and ask for a de-identified version. Any work involving patient-level data begins only after a Business Associate Agreement is signed.

Hosting

This site and its form are hosted by a third-party provider, which processes form submissions on our behalf so they can be delivered to us.
